When to use this template edit

This template is used to identify the OTRS ticket associated with the permission of a particular file. See Commons:OTRS for more information.

Syntax edit

  • use {{PermissionOTRS|ticket=//ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=000000}} when you know the URL of the OTRS ticket.
  • use {{PermissionOTRS|id=0000000000000000}} when you only know the ID number.

You must provide one or both of these parameters.

Categorisation edit

If the ID or link is given the page is categorised into Category:Items with OTRS permission confirmed

Failure to provide either a link or ticket number will categorise the page into Category:Items missing OTRS ticket ID.
