Creates a link to the appropriate subpage of Portal:Roud Folk Song Index.
Usage
edit{{Roud|<number>}}
If <number> is a number less than 40000, it will link to the corresponding subpage of the portal.
Otherwise, it will check if it's a string starting with V, in which case it will link to Portal:Roud Folk Song Index/V-prefix
If neither is the case, it will link to the portal's base page.
