Usage edit
A template for linking to [[../Letters and Telegrams received|letters]] in Banquet to the Honorable Carl Schurz from Wikisource author pages. The tag for the letter is first argument. Every letter has a unique tag corresponding to the last name of the author. The second argument is the text for displaying the name of the letter.
