Usage edit
This is a pair of templates used in the Page namespace for easier transcribing United Nations Security Council Resolutions. All these resolutions (for the most part) have a uniform layout. This pattern follows for the header and footer for each page of these resolution.
To use, go to the Index source page of the file you are about to transcribe.
For each template, both parameters are required.
