The Ancestor

The Ancestor
Ed. by Oswald Barron.

The Ancestor was a scholarly, quarterly journal founded in 1902 but apparently ceasing in 1905, and published by Archibald Constable & Co of London. It called itself a "quarterly review of county and family history, heraldry, and antiquities". (See, for instance, a review in The Spectator, 13 August 1904, p. 23).
