This pamphlet, which was written by Karl Liebknecht, Rosa Luxemburg, and Franz Mehring in January and February, 1915, was printed in Switzerland for secret distribution in Germany, as a protest against the treacherous action of the Social-Democracy of Germany in supporting the war policy of the German Government. This pamphlet has already appeared in this country in the original language, and an English translation in herewith offered to the public.
