The Late Lady De la Zouche.—We briefly recorded on our impression yesterday the death of the Baroness de la Zouche, which happened a few days ago at Parham-park, near Petworth, Sussex. Her ladyship. who was born on the 7th September, 1787, was Harriet Anne, the elder of the two daughters of the late Sir Cecil Bisshopp (in whose favour the ancient barony of Zouche, or De la Zouche, was called out of abeyance in 1815), by Harriet Anne, only daughter and heiress of the late Mr. William Southwell, of Frampton, Gloucestershire. Her two brothers having died in their father's lifetime, without leaving issue, the barony again fell into abeyance at Lord De la Zouche's decease, in the year 1828, but it was almost immediately once more called out of abeyance in favour of the lady just deceased, while the Baronetcy of Bisshopp passed to a kinsman. According to Sir Bernard Burke, her ladyship was also heiress to the Baronies of Lovell, St. Maur, Cantalupe, and Grey of Codnor. She married in 1808 the Hon. Robert Curzon, M.P., son of Assheton, first Viscount Curzon, by whom, who died in 1863, she had issue two sons, the elder of whom, Robert, who was born in 1810, now succeeds to the title and estates as Lord De la Zouche. He married, in 1850, Emily Julia, daughter of the late Right Hon Sir Robert Wilmot-Horton, who died in 1866, and by whom he was with other issue a son, Robert Nathaniel Cecil George, born in 1851, now heir to his father's title.
