Westmeath; formerly Lieut. 4th Batt. Roy. Inniskilling Fusiliers: second surviving son of Richard, 4th Baron, a Representative Peer for Ireland, and Hon. Louisa (d. 1892), dau of 2nd Baron Harris; b. 26th March, 1863; s. his father, 26th April, 1892; m. 23th Sept., 1895, Annie Evelyn, only dau. of Col.
