Gentleman-in-Waiting to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, 1908-9; elder son of Sir Henry, 1st Bart., and Margaret (d. 1901), only dau. of late Richard Gilchrist: b. 12th Sept., 1873; s. his father as 2nd Bart., 11th Sept., 1904: m. 8th June, 1898, Ethel (mar. dissolved 1910), dau. of the late John Henry Davis, of Cressinghara House.
