General New Army, 1914-1917: served in France in Comd. of 56th In. Brigade (C.B. and despatches); b. 1857; m., 1st, Mary Burn Murdoch (d. 1917), dau. of Canon Burn Murdoch, Riverhead, Kent; 2nd, Laura Glenn, dau. of Rev. W. Glenn, Pomeroy, Co. Tyrone, and has issue six children. Res.: Sandbrook, Tullow, Co. Carlow.
