Re: Endorsement of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in States of Emergency, 2548 BE

ตามที่คณะรัฐมนตรีได้เสนอขอให้รัฐสภาพิจารณาอนุมัติพระราชกำหนดการบริหารราชการในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ นั้น ในคราวประชุมสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ชุดที่ ๒๒ ปีที่ ๑ ครั้งที่ ๑ (สมัยสามัญนิติบัญญัติ) วันพุธที่ ๒๔ สิงหาคม ๒๕๔๘ ที่ประชุมได้ลงมติอนุมัติพระราชกำหนดดังกล่าว และในคราวประชุมวุฒิสภา ครั้งที่ ๒ (สมัยสามัญนิติบัญญัติ) วันจันทร์ที่ ๒๙ สิงหาคม ๒๕๔๘ ที่ประชุมได้ลงมติอนุมัติพระราชกำหนดดังกล่าว After the Council of Ministers submitted to the National Assembly a request that it consider and endorse the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in States of Emergency, 2548 BE; the 22nd House of Representatives passed a resolution endorsing the said emergency decree at its 1st meeting of Year 1 (general legislative session) on Wednesday, 24 August 2548 [2005]; and the Senate passed a resolution endorsing the said emergency decree at its 2nd meeting (general legislative session) on Monday, 29 August 2548 [2005].
จึงประกาศมาตามความในมาตรา ๒๑๘ ของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย [This] announcement is therefore made in accordance with the text of section 218 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
