มาตรา ๓๐

ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวต่อบุคคลซึ่งเกี่ยวข้อง

บัตรประจำตัวของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา

Section 30

In executing their duties, competent authorities must produce their identity cards to relevant persons.
Competent authority identity cards shall be in the form as published in the Government Gazette by the Minister.
