Upon Him is to save His servants and His nation; and upon His nation it is imposed to bless and to give thanks to Him. Selah.
Ibn Ezra edit
To God the salvation
For He Will Save whom He Will Want to. And the meaning of upon Your nation – those are the ones who fight for David, for they are truthfully the nation of God, and not so those who help the son to conspire against his father. And he prayed that God should bless them and there should lack not one man of them in war; or he prophesied.
