He who wants to cut leaves of greens to lighten his load-
He may not throw it until it is tithed.

He who buys greens from the marketplace and decides to return it--

He may not return it until it is tithed, that it is not lacking anything except numbering.

He who stands and buys and sees another load that is nicer than his own-

He is permitted to return it because he has not drawn it in (a way of ownership).
