האמהות שלבצלים

חיבות בפאה

ורבי יוסי פוטר

מלבנות הבצלים שבין הירק

רבי יוסי אומר פאה מכל אחד ואחד

וחכמים אומרים מאחד על הכל

English Translation

The Chachamim say that ‘mother of onions’ which stay in the ground to make more onions and are not so edible are obligated in peah. R’ Yosi says they are not obligated. Squares of onions that are between the vegetables R’ Yosee says you give a separate peah from each square. The Chachamim say you can give peah from one square on all the squares.
