Paragraph 1- Although no kinyan is required for a dying-gift, if the donor wants them to make a kinyan, they would do so, even on Shabbos, because it is an unnecessary kinyan. There are those who say that even if the kinyan would make a difference, such as where he writes away all his properties and explicitly says that he will not retract if he gets up, they can still acquire on Shabbos. There are those who say that even in the case of a partial-gift, which needs a kinyan even if it seems that he is only giving away because of his fear of death, because he is not giving all of his properties away, they can still make a kinyan from him on shabbos. There are those who disagree with this.
