Paragraph 1- If time of removal for one who received had arrived and there were plantings whose time to sell had not yet arrived or the plants were finished but it was not the market day to sell them yet, we would appraise them and the renter would take from the owner of the property.

Paragraph 2- Just as the renter splits the grain with the owner, so too would they divide the stubble and the straw. Just as they divide the wine, so too they divide the branches. With respect to the poles that are placed under the grapes, however, if they acquired them as partners they would divide them, but if they belonged to one of them, the party that acquired it would keep it. The same applies to anything similar.
