Paragraph 1- If one encroaches on another’s boundary and includes such other’s area within his own area, even if it was only the size of a finger, if he did it forcefully he is a robber. If he did it secretly, he is a thief. If he encroached in Israel, he has violated two negative commandments: the commandment of stealing or the commandment of robbing and the commandment of “you shall not encroach."
