Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim 643

The order of Kiddush	סדר הקידוש
Contains three Seif. 643:1 The order of kiddush is [the blessing on] wine, [the blessing of] sanctification [of the day], [the blessing over the] sukkah, and then Shehecheyanu because Shehecheyanu refers both to the sanctification of the day and the mitzvah of sukkah.	סעיף א סדר הקידוש יין קידוש וסוכה ואח"כ זמן לפי שהזמן חוזר על קידוש היום ועל מצות סוכה:
643:2 According to the Rambam, we say kiddush standing, bless "...to sit in the Sukkah", sit, and then bless Shehecheyanu. (We do not do this; rather, we say kiddush sitting, as is the opinion of the Ros"h.)	סעיף ב ולהרמב"ם מקדש מעומד ומברך לישב בסוכה ויושב ואח"כ מברכין זמן [ואין נוהגים כן אלא מקדשין מיושב וכן דעת הרא"ש]:
643:3 On the rest of the days, we bless over the sukkah before saying "Hamotzi."
