Copyright of translation edit

There is a very good chance that the GFDL v1.3 automatically makes this translation CC-BY-SA also, which is preferrable, however as it was deleted at the time it is hard to know for sure. But rather than sift through licenses for oddities, ... @InFairness:, are you agreeably for your translation being licensed as CC-BY-SA, or even public domain. @John Vandenberg:, I am happy to release it. Would you mind deciding which license would be most appropriate? InFairness (talk) 00:06, 13 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
As the original is PD because it is ineligible for copyright, or so we have determined, I would recommend that the translation also be PD, as it simplifies the copyright status of this page. ;-)
To achieve that, InFairness, would you alter the page replacing translation = {{GFDL}} with translation = {{PD-release}}.
