Pensions to officers and seamen on board the revenue cutters in certain cases.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the officers and seamen of the revenue cutters of the United States, who have been or may be wounded or disabled in the discharge of their duty whilst co-operating with the navy by order of the President of the United States, shall be entitled to be place on the navy pension list, at the same rate of pension, and under the same regulations and restrictions as are now provided by law for the officers and seamen of the navy.
