Apothecary and assistant apothecaries general to give bonds, with security, &c.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the apothecary general and assistant apothecaries general, shall severally give bonds to the United States, with good and sufficient surety, for the faithful performance of their duties, in such sums as shall be required by the Surgeon General of the Army, under the direction of the War Department.
