V. Resolution giving the consent of Congress to a compact concluded between the states of Kentucky and Tennessee, for the settlement of their boundary line.
The consent of Congress given to the compact between Kentucky and Tennessee.Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress be, and the same is hereby, given to a compact or agreement, made and concluded, by and between the states of Kentucky and Tennessee, at Frankfort, in Kentucky, on the second day of February, one thousand eight hundred and twenty, to adjust and establish the boundary line between them, and for other purposes.
