Time enlarged till Sept. 1, 1821.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, instead of the time prescribed in the above-recited act, in which the marshals and their assistants should perform the various duties assigned them by the said act, the same his hereby enlarged to the first day of September next.
