McLaughlin, of Fort Randall, South Dakota, for services as custodian of the abandoned Fort Randall Military Reservation, in South Dakota, the sum of five hundred dollars, for forty-four and two-thirds months, beginning October twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and ending July nineteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven.

Sec. 2. That the sum of five hundred dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act.
