Chap. XXV.—An Act respecting the adjournment of the circuit court for the District of Columbia.

Adjournment of the circuit court, for the District of Columbia, by one judge, valid.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all adjournments of the circuit court of the United States, for the District of Columbia, heretofore made, or which may hereafter be made, by any one judge of the said court, in court sitting, and in the absence of the other judges, shall be as valid as if made by all the judges of the said court.
