Chap. XXV.—An Act to continue in force an act authorizing the importation and allowance of drawback on brandy in casks of a capacity not less than fifteen gallons.

Act authorizing importation of brandy in casks of 15 gallons, &c. continued in force.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the act entitled “An act to authorize the importation of brandy in casks of a capacity not less than fifteen gallons, and the exportation of the same for the benefit of a drawback of the duties,” approved second March, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven, be, and the same is hereby, continued in force.
