Chap. XV.An Act to alter the time of holding the spring term of the Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That from and after the first day of March next,Term to be held on the 1st Monday of April.

a term of the Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York, shall commence and be held at the place fixed by law for holding said Court, on the first Monday of April in each and every year; and that, from and after said first day of March, the term of said Court, now required by law to be held on the last Monday in May in each year, shall be abolished.
