Act of March 3, 1831, ch. 76, repealed.
Office of surveyor discontinued.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That so much of the fifth section of an act, entitled “An act to establish ports of delivery at Port Pontchartrain and Delaware city, and for other purposes,” approved March second, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, provides for the appointment of a surveyor to reside at Prospect, in the district of Belfast, in the state of Maine, be, and the [same] is hereby repealed.
