Chap. CCXL.—An Act to authorize the sale of certain public lands in the state of Ohio.

Certain public lands to be attached to the land districts in which they are respectively situate, &c.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the lands heretofore reserved for certain Indian tribes in the state of Ohio, and which were ceded to the United States by treaties ratified on the twenty-fourth day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, and the sixth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two, be, and the same are hereby attached to, and made to form part of, the land districts in which they are respectively situated, and liable to be sold as other public lands in the state of Ohio.
