X. Resolution directing the transmission of the fifth census by mail.

Documents of fifth census free of postage.Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the document containing the fifth census be transmitted free of postage, by mail, to members of Congress and other persons entitled to receive the same.
