Chap. III.—An Act making an appropriation for the completion of the military barracks at New Orleans.

Appropriation.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of one hundred and seven thousand five hundred dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated and made payable out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the completion of the barracks at New Orleans, under the direction of the Secretary at War.
