At present:

• cases 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 above fail when Math=MathML with SVG or PNG fallback (recommended for modern browsers and accessibility tools) chosen.
• cases 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 above fail when Math=PNG images chosen.
• cases 10–13 work fine at Test2.
• when RestBase eventually catches up, cases 1, 5, 10–13 recover and work once more.
