4. The detainee is associated with Al Haramain .
5. Al Haramain is a non-governmental organization (NGO) with ties to Islamic terrorism.
6. The detainee is associated with Al Igatha.
7. Al Igatha is a non-governmental organization (NGO) with ties to Islamic terrorism.
