Process of tidying up of site-wide and JS and CSS.
Archived files moved out of the global MediaWiki: scope, collected here in case any of it is useful and to prevent it being hidden to non-sysops as a deletion would do:
- User:Inductiveload/site-css-js/Gadget-enws-mainpage.css - unused
- /Dynimg.css - now exists as TemplateStyles: Template:FreedImg/styles.css
- /Coltest.css - unused
