Even though what is written is written, could I intice the auther to change the following sentence to a more accurate vernacular. I don't mean to criticize the author's efforts nor his skill but I do criticize his bias toward socialist as opposed to capitalist vernacular. The economic system in the United States including the City of Seattle from the beginning has been "capitalist" not "socialist". The correct way to write the following... "used those periods to successfully rebuild infrastructure".[28] is to replace the word "infrastructure" to "capital improvements" and it's counterpart, "capital investment(s)"
