I'm huge on sourcing. If there's not a primary or secondary source, then the information is w:original research. While not evil, original research doesn't have a place on a wiki.

I am so dismayed at the state of the U.S. Governments documents - not that every piece of paper should be wikified, but these listed below are vital to the inner workings of our government... yet, I have to comb Hell and High water to find a copy of it. Not if I (or wikisource) can help it.
