Senate hearing speech

edit

Hello,

You changed who to whom in Senate Hearing Speech. Galloway actually said who, as is confirmed by 559 google hits for that sentance with who against 3 for whom, I have therefore reverted the change. As wikisource is a repository of original source material could I ask that in future you don't change words/spelling/grammer (even if you are correcting 'mistakes') unless you know that the change you are making is consistent with the wording of the actual published source text.
