Well I did a bit of googling, and I as far as I can tell, it's not a press release. While I was looking I came across it at petition spot, where it says at the bottom "Permission was received from the publisher of the Jyllands-Posten where the "Manifesto" first appeared," so I would guess that it's not public domain either.--Shanel 19:10, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
