I have tagged it with "{{no license}}" - this doesnt mean it will be deleted, it just means we need to figure out why it is public domain. Some Vandal deleted Belgrade flagicon template

Dear friend, I have seen that you were original creator of Belgrade flagicon template which is one of templates that I was planning to include in one of my pages. However I noticed that it was deleted and since I am beginner wikipedian I was not able to uphold this decision since person who deleted it listed many pseudo legal arguments which I don`t know how to counter. Please let`s try to do something and restore Belgrade flagicon template. Regards, Kostun (talk)
