Thanks, I only know that his name is Horace George Franks and most probably who was the first editor in chief of the Star of India News paper published from Calcutta. I think he is Author of In & around Mahableshwar and PANCHAYETS UNDER THE PESIIWAS. --Sachinvenga (talk) 11:17, 27 December 2017 (UTC)
