Consulate Service in Siam as student interpreter, 1888; assistant, 1893; first assistant, 1896; Vice-Consul, Bangkok, 1897; has been acting Consul and Judge of Consular Court, Bangkok; resigned Consular Service, 1902; has been Judicial Adviser to Siamese Government since 1902 to date.
