  • Articles on enWP showing the DNB text template are at roughly 1250.

So there are apparently 1555 biographies linked to enWP. One thing that has changed from the previous set of stats is that there are many fewer articles with the WP link field "blocked" (an effort having been made to find those old ones); and this has inflated the number in the Category:DNB No WP at the expense of the "apparent links" statistic.   • Category:DNB No WP currently has 629 articles.
  • Makes 1894 biographies apparently linked to Wikipedia.
  • The live figure for Wikipedia articles needing DNB text comes out as 336. (Caveat: DNB01 articles should be counted separately. But the template use on WP is approximate as far as that is concerned.)

  • Category:DNB No WP contains 1923 articles.
  • A nominal 2201 biographies therefore link to WP.
  • w:Category:Articles incorporating DNB text without Wikisource reference contains 182 articles.
  • w:Category:Articles requiring a direct DNB link, placed on Talk pages, contains 244 articles.
  • The DNB link finder picks up 109 Google Books links on WP to the DNB.
  • 17 Volume ToCs are marked as present.
  • There are 36 authors done, 257 more with complete listings, leaving 377 with incomplete listings.
  • The Magnus tool, section "EXPERIMENTAL : The following biography => author links do not have a link back", has 399 hits after a pass to deal with all obvious author page listings. These appear to be made up of 352 artefacts under A and B, almost all caused by the use of author subpages; leaving 47 down to other reasons, typically being that wikification to an author page will not be matched by a link back.
