He was buried with hia first wife, 24th December, 1599. His ehlest sou. The Rev.Hexki- Bbioht, the learned and aeeomplislied t'aeon of Worcestcr, was baptised at St. Peter's, 26th October, 1562, was Df Balliol College, Oxford ; Prebendary of Worcester Cathedral, 1(U9, and liead master of King's Seliool, Worcester, for forty years ; he is i eferrod to by Fuller, and also by Wood, in his Fasti. He m. Johanne, daughter of Rowland Berkeley, of Speteliley, and Cotheridge, co. Worcester, and sister of Sir Robert Berkeley, Knt., a judge of the King's Bench, by whom (who m. secondly, Edward AxxEstET, of Brookend, co.
