Charlotte Arbuthnot Wellesley, daughter of the 1st Baron Cowley, and sister of the 1st Earl Cowley, K..G. and has issue, living, Sons, Robert Wellesley, b. 1834: was educated at Harrow, and at King's College, London; entered the 1st Life Guards, 1853, became Capt. 1859; retired, 1866; appointed Capt. Cheshire Yeomanry Cavalry, 1870; sat as M.P. lor Westminster (L.) 186574: in. 1867, the Hon.
