Collector or Colled^ors, Receiver or Receivers, or other Officer or Officers, fo to be named and ap- pointed as aforefaid, fhall and may be altered and removed at the Will and Plcafure of the faid Com- miflioners, or the major Part of them, fo afTemblcd at fuch Adeeting or Meetings fo to be held as afore- faid, who fnall and may choofe and appoint another or others in the Room and Stead of the Perfon or Perfons fo altered and removed, as often as Occafion fliall require; and fuch Collector or CollcCtor^-, Receiver or Receivers, fo to be named and appointed as aforefaid, before he or they fhall aCt in the 7o give Security.
