An Aft for limiting, confining and better regulating the Payment of the weekly Allowances made by Aft of ^^ Parliament, for the Maintenance of Families unable to fupport themfelves during the Abfence of Militia Men, embodied and ordered out into aftual Sercice; and for explaining fo much of an Aft made in this Seffion of Parliament, intituled. An Act for punijhing Mutiny and Defertion^ and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters, as relates to the Militia when embodied and in a6hial Service; and for explaining and amen- ding certain Parts of the Laws now in Force, for the better ordering of the Militia Forces in that Part of Great Britain called England. 23. An Aft for enabling his Majefty to raife a certain Sum of Money towards paying off and difcharging the Debt of the Navy; and towards Naval Services, for the Year one thoufand feven hundred and fixty. 34. An Aft for applying the Money granted in this Seflion of Parliament, towards defraying the Charge ,." of Pay and Cloathing of the unembodied Militia for one Year, ending the twenty- fifth Day of ^(jrt/; one thoufand feven h-undred and ftxty-one; and for ex- plaining certain Parts of the Afts for the better order- ing of the Militia Forces within that Part of Great Britain called England, relating to the Money to be given to private Militia Men, upon their being ordered out into actual Service; and to the Cloaths of private Millitia Men; and to the Time of the Commencement of the Pay of the embodied Militia. An Aft to repeal fo much of an Aft paffed in the twenty-ninth Year of his prefent Majefty's Reign, con- cerning a Free Market for Fifti at TVfhninJier, as re- quires Fifhermen to enter their Fiftiing VelTels at the Office of the Searcher of the Cuftoms at Gravfcnd and to regulate the Sale cf Fifli-at the firft Hand in the , VpjL-. Fifti Markets in London and Weflminfler and to pre- vent Salefmen of Fidi buying iMfh to fell again on their own Account ; and to allow Bret and Turbot, Brill and Pearl, although under the refpeftive Dimenfions mentioned in a former Aft, to be imported and fold ; and to punifh Pcrfons who ft^all take or fell any Spawn, Brood or Fry of Fifli, unfizeablc Fifli, or Fifti out of Seafon, or Smelts under the Size of five Inches ; and for other Purpofes. 28. An Aft for encouraging the Exportation of Runsi and Spirits of the Growth, Produce and Manufafture of the Britijl) Sugar Plantations, from this Kingdom, and of £nV//?) Spirits made from Melaffes, 29. An Aft to indemnify Perfons who have omitted to qualify themfelves for Offices and Employments, and to indemnify Juftices of the Peace, Deputy Lieute- nants, Officers of the Militia and others, who have omitted to regifter or to deliver in their Qualifications within the Time limited by Law, and for giving far- ther Time for thofe Purpofes. 30. An Aft for widening certain Streets, Lanes and Paffages, within the City of London^ and Liberties thereof; and for opening certain new Streets and Ways within the fame ; and for other Purpofes therein men- tioned. 31. An Aft for regulating the Proceedings in Perfonal A6tions in the refpeftive Courts Baron of the Hundred of High Peak, and Manor of Cafilcton, in the County of Derby. 32. An Aft for draining and preferving certain Fen Lands and Low Grounds in the Ifte o^ Ely and Coun- ties of Suffolk and Norfolk, betv/een Mildenhall River South, Plant Load and Brandon River North, bounded on the Weft by the River Oufe, and on the Eaft by Winter Load, Earfwcll Brooke, and the Hard Lands of Mildenhall; and for impowering the Governor, Bailiffs and Commonalty of the Company of Confervators of the Great Level of the Fens, commonly called Bedford Level, to fell certain Fen Lands lying within the Li->. mits aforefaid, commonly called Invefted Land. An Aft to enable John Earl o^ Sandwich, Welhore Ellis Efquire, and Robert Nugent Efquire, to take in Great Britain, the Oath of Office as Vice Treafurer, and Receiver General, and Paymafter General of all his Majefty's Revenues, in the Kingdom of Ireland, and to qualify themfelves for the Enjoyment of the faid Offices. 4.
