LIL And be it further enafted. That the faid Managers and Direftors, or the major Part of them, which Tickets of the fhall be prefent at a Meeting as aforefaid, fhall caufe all the Tickets of the Middle Columns in the Books MiddieCoiumn made out in three Columns as aforefaid, which fhall be delivered back to them by or from the faid Cafhier to berdledup, or Cafhiers as aforefaid, to be carefully rolled up and made fafl with Thread or Silk; and the faid Managers a||j"„f ^(r; orDiredors, or the major Part of them as aforefaid, fhall, in their Prefence, and in the Prefence of fuch ^"ntwife'^into'a Contributors or Adventurers as will be there, caufe all the faid Tickets which are to be fo rolled up and Box marked made fafl as aforefaid, to be cut off indentwife through the faid oblique Lines, Flourifhes or Devices, into vvith the Letter a Box to be prepared for that Purpofe, and to be marked with the Letter (A) which is prefently to be put i^) into another ftrong Box, and to be locked up with feven different Locks and Keys, to be kept by as many u°jnd-fealed of the faid Managers, and fealed with their Seals, or the Seals of fome of them, until the faid Tickets are "^*" "^ ' to be drawn, as is herein after mentioned ; and that the Tickets in the firfl or innermoft Columns of the faid Books fhall remain ftill in the Books for difcovering any Miflake or Fraud (if any fuch fhould happen to be committed) contrary to the true Meaning of this A6t. LIIL And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid M'anaf^ers and Directors, or the Books to be major Part of them, which fliall be prefent at any Meeting as aforefaid, fhall alfo prepare, or caufe to be prepared with Length and Breadth as near as may be; which two Columns in the faid Books, fhall be joined with fome Flourifh or Device, through which the outermofi Tickets may be cut off indentv^ife, and that fix thoufand five hundred Tickets, Part of thofe to be contained in the Outermofi: Columns of the Books laft-mcntion- _ed, fha'l be, and be called, the Fortunate Tickets, to which extraordinary Benefits fhall belong, as is here- in after-mentioned ; and the faid Managers and Directors, or the major Part of them, or fuch of them as fhall be prefent at a Meeting as aforefaid, fhall caufe the faid Fortunate Tickets to be written upon or other- wife expreffed, as well in Figures as in Words at Length, in Manner following; that is to fay.
