And whereas it would be of great Relief and Advantage to the Inhabitants of the Iflands of Jerfey Tind^Guernfey, if a fufficient Quantity of Meal, Elour, Bread and Bifcuit, was allowed to be tranfported to the faid Iflands, for the only Ufc of the Inhabitants there, inftead of the like Qiian- tity of Wheat, Malt or Barley, now allowed by Law to be tranfported to thofe Iflands ; Be it there- fore further enabled by the Authority aforefaid.
