- dies, to be taken by the Exporters of Spirits drawn from Corn in Great Britain, has prevented the

aforefaid, That from and after the faid twenty-firft Day of April one thoufand kv^n hundred and '^J^,^"^'." °',^ra^! fixty, upon the Exportation of fuch rectified Spirits, inftead of the Oath aforefaid, in order to in- |," '|^^,^|^'^3^°,/,^p Q^^h title the Exporter to the Drawback, Allowance or Bounty on the Exportation thereof. Oath {hall a poi'n.edby theiecited or may be made that the fame were drawn or made in Great Britain from Corn, without any Mix- Ai. ture with any other Materials, either native or foreign, except what has been necefTary for the recti- fying thereof; and that the Duties of the faid Spirits have been duly paid ; and that the faid Spirits are to be really and truly exported as Merchandize to be fpent beyond the Seas. VII. And for the further Encouragement of the Exportation of Spirits drawn or made in Great Britain from the Materials aforefaid, or any of them. Be it ena£ted by the Authority aforefaid. That from and after the faid twenty-firft Day oi Jpril one thoufand feven hundred and fixty, there fliall be an additional Drawback or Allowance of twenty-four Pounds ten Shillings for every Ton Anr additional Drawback of fuch Spirits fo drawn or made

VIII. Provided always.
